Valuation or appraisal is an economic discipline that seeks to estimate the value of an asset at a given time and context, using technical information. In the case of rural assets, the process culminates in an Agronomic and Market Technical Report.

    Analysis of similar properties sold or for sale in the area, following established standards (National Appraisal Tribunal, IRAM).

    Cartographic Unit Scoring

    Stratification of environments within the property, assigning coefficients according to their productive aptitude, combining satellite imagery, soil cartography and field surveys.

    Expected Yield

    Based on projected income from agricultural or livestock lease agreements.
